I hived 2 swarms about 10 days ago. The larger one was on a Friday and the smaller on a Monday. All seemed going really well and I saw both bringing pollen in today. Both swarms came from the same hive in a tree. The tree swarmed 3 times and I got the second and third swarm so I assume both swarms were virgin queens. Today was first sunny day in a while so I opened them up. The smaller hive had eggs one per cell in the bottom of the cell. The larger hive was a mess. Multiple eggs in each cell. Thinking my best bet is to shake them out. Any thoughts?

Basic beekeeping, this is beekeeping after the first winter until about the third or fourth year. You are a beekeeper, but you still have a lot to learn. Talk about normal everyday beekeeping here.
