Whats everyone paying for a bag of feed locally?
its $27 a bag here near Pittsburgh, PA.
Many of us keep chickens for meat and/or eggs. Let's talk about that.

I have 18 acres of clover, chicory, dandelions, grass, alfalfa and insects that is never sprayed. I'm surrounded by "conventional" corn fields. The chickens have always been free range. I generally only feed them when the snow covers up the corn... The corn isn't organic, but the chickens only eat it to get through the winter and they don't know it's not organic...
